| Description: | As the manager of our fast-paced motors and resolvers facility, you will lead the efforts of the entire Production team in a growing business. |
| Duties: | You will direct machinists, technicians, precision assemblers, and first line factory supervisors. Previous experience must include a minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing business, with a track record of success in positions of increasing responsibility. Association with a Motor or magnetic industry is highly preferred. You will have demonstrated the ability to work in a team environment while growing a business, with major emphasis on improved quality, profitability, and output, and outstanding customer service. |
| Qualifications: | A four year technical degree is desired. |
