| Duties: | Luna's Product Engineering Group is searching for a motivated, organized, quick-learning Software Engineer. Candidate must have the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities for this software engineer position consist of designing, developing, testing and maintaining software modules for use in test instrumentation. |
| Qualifications: | Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages required and experience with the LabVIEW programming environment is desired. Experience with Linux and development of embedded systems software/operating systems is desired. Experience in the development of graphical user interfaces as well as lower-level command and control software is strongly encouraged.
Required:
- B.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or related field
- Strong mathematical background
- Strong problem solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
Desired:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Experience with Linux
Due to government contracting regulations, U.S. Citizenship is a firm requirement.
