Description:Web Programmer/Developer Quick Summary Location: Roanoke, VA 24018 Compensation: Commensurate with skill and experience. Employee Type: Full-Time Education: Associates/Bachelors Degree Experience: At least 2 years. Description The Web Application Developer at Source4 is responsible for development and maintenance of essential business applications. This role requires a firm grasp of web development using Microsoft technologies including ASP, ASP.Net, and Microsoft SQL Server and system independent technologies including HTML, Javsacript, and XML. Knowledge and Responsibilities You have a passion for solving complex business problems with multiple dependencies You have excellent communication skills You can demonstrate a strong proficiency in at least one of the following: ASP, ASP.Net (C#/VB) You have a strong understanding of SQL programming as related to MS SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures) You recognize and understand business objectives and plan accordingly for current and/or anticpated problems in function or execution of business applications You work well on multiple projects in a fast paced environment and able to meet client deadlines You have an Information Technology background and related degree with atleast 2 years development experience.
