| Description: | Modea is currently looking for a MOSS/WSS 2007 Developer to support several initiatives for Fortune 1000 brands. In this position, the developer will be responsible for converting business requirements into web-based, client/server, and multi-tiered business applications, and supporting the development and implementation of those applications. Tasks include estimation, site administration, template creation, web part development, list and document management, workflow management and analysis, and farm deployments on both internal and global facing sites. |
| Duties: | • Proven experience implementing, configuring, developing, and supporting Enterprise-class application systems.
• Experience working within a structured (agile/iterative models preferred) development lifecycle & methodology
• Perform production support of Windows 2003/2008 application server and VMware ESXi environments.
• Proactive in solving problems and takes ownership of tasks.
• Self-motivated with ability to set & meet deadlines on multiple projects without frequent supervision.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences

| Qualifications: | • Knowledge in administration, configuration & customization of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007) and Windows SharePoint Services.
• C#, .Net Framework (2.0, 3.x), SharePoint (MOSS/WSS 2007), InfoPath Forms Design, Web Services, Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, HTML/Javascript/CSS, XML, Microsoft SQL Server (2005, 2008), Microsoft Visual Studio (2003, 2005, 2008), AJAX, Flash (Action Script), SharePoint Designer
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or proven tenured work experience.
• Excellent communication skills. Technical writing experiences a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated hands-on experience with the deployment, configuration, and implementation of SharePoint (MOSS/WSS 2007).
• MCTS / MSE certification is a plus.
• Commerce Server (2007/2009) and /or SAP integration is a plus.
• Clustering and farm architecture experience a plus.
• Experience with scripting to deploy software a plus
