| Description: | Harmonia is a small and growing company in search of developers excited about pushing the boundaries of technology. We are seeking Senior Developers experienced in developing real-time avionics and satellite control systems in Ada to join our software development group to develop tools for Ada and conversion to C/C++.

| Duties: | • Take a leading role in research, design, and implementation of solutions for challenging problems.
• Participate in product design and planning.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Translate design requirements and specifications into successful implementations.
• Create external design documentation.
• Proactively enforce standards and best practices.
|
| Qualifications: | • 5+ years of prior professional experience including system analysis, software design and development in Ada, C/C++, Java or related technologies.
• Strong background in language internals and compiler technologies including practical work with BNF and ASTs.
• Experience with ANTLR or equivalent parser generators.
• Experience building plug-ins for Eclipse a plus.
• Experience with native XML databases and the XMLDB API a plus.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines.
• Work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to author technical papers and reports.
• Prior experience with DoD applications in Ada.
• Experience bringing a software product from development to market.
• 4-year college degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Due to the nature of our work, must be US citizen. Ability to obtain or have security clearance.
