Duties:The Project Engineer will be responsible for the following:

Planning
• Design technical and operational solutions to meet client energy goals
• Develop detailed plans to meet project objectives and achieve
• expected operational and business results
• Set project quality and performance standards
• Develop project estimations
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicating
• Establish and maintain pilot project communication links
• Prepare Statements of Work and Bills of Material for internal and external use
Executing
• Supervise multiple pilot project installation crews
• Oversee the development of project deliverables
• Provide day-to-day project contact for the client to support their goals and grow account revenue and profitability
• Resolve client issues, propose solutions and escalate to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
Monitoring
• Analyze system performance and costs
• Assess and manage risk over the project lifecycle
• Maintain project tracking and information systems
• Monitor project financials and consider profitability in
decision-making

Other
• Work with other groups as necessary for continuous improvement of processes
• Manage cross-functional projects as required
• Carry out any other appropriate duties and responsibilities assigned by the position supervisor
Qualifications:• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years of experience working as a Project Manager overseeing large scale projects, or 15 years with AS degree
• PMI certification desired
