| Description: | Tele-Works, Inc., a growing software firm in Blacksburg, VA, is hiring an Inside Sales/Sales Development professional with 1+ years of SaaS/technology sales experience. Working in the Inside Sales Department, the successful candidate will be a motivated, articulate, energetic individual with demonstrated success in phone-based sales. The candidate must be a willing contributor interested in all inside sales-related activities and amenable to some travel for conferences and sales support events. This person must be effective working both independently and collaboratively as a member of an integrated Sales Department.

| Duties: | Primary responsibilities of the Inside Sales/Sales Development position include the following: uncovering leads through cold-calling and phone-based discovery of business opportunities; executing campaigns and tracking prospects in a customer relationship management system; managing opportunities and converting/transitioning them as appropriate; offering sales support and lead generation for regional territories, managers, and marketing efforts; representing both established and evolving products and services; and meeting individual and team sales quotas and objectives. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
Excellent phone sales abilities
Strong verbal/written communication skills
1+ years of SaaS and/or technology sales experience
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-sufficient, flexible, competitive, and able to build strong relationships
Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills
Computer literate in basic office software and knowledgeable of basic web demonstration and selling tools
