| Duties: | Applicants should be service-oriented self-starters, trainable, organized and comfortable with technology complexities, computer literate in basic office software and knowledgeable of basic computer networking. The candidate must demonstrate interpersonal demeanor and a proven track record of strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate well to both technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates must be able to multi-task, problem solve, and coordinate resources to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Programming knowledge and experience is a plus. |
