Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams in a science driven, new product development environment, using Stage-Gate and formal Project Management methodologies. In this highly visible position you will guide multiple project teams in developing exciting new technologies from idea to market establishment, while collaborating with customers and colleagues globally.

| Duties: | Here’s what it takes:
• B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing, or applicable discipline with a science concentration/minor; or B.A./B.S. in Biology, Microbiology or applicable discipline with marketing concentration/minor.
• 2-5 years of formal project management experience. Familiar with PMI (Project Management Institute) methodologies.
• Experience in a similar position within a global, cross-organizational environment, using the Stage-Gate model methodology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and cross-functionally, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to direct, coordinate and influence others for whom you are not directly responsible while maintaining positive relationships and driving results.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Project.
• Must have the drive and initiative to work with minimal supervision and guidance with a self-managing work load.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%).
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
